Among other things, Carson just isn't very good at nuance.

Reuters is not good at nuance.  Carson is not good at saying things that won't make him look awful taken out of context.

the rabid dogs in this analogy are clearly the terrorists, not refugees in general.

If that's the case, why isn't Carson calling for allowing in any Syrian refugees who pass the current checks?
