I think the first real sign that Trump was something else entirely was after his McCain comments. I really don't blame pundits considering that could have sunk any other campaign in the blink of an eye.

This man is way late to the Party. As of now, it appears the nominee will either be Trump, Kasich, Rubio, or Cruz (in that order). In August, I would have said it would be Walker, Bush, Kasich, or Trump (in that order). Of course Trump could be the nominee.
