Trump, Carson, Rubio, Cruz, Bush, Fiorina, and maybe Christie and/or Huckabee. Kasich is done, and I expect Paul to lose some support in light of events abroad.

The same line-up as the last Republican debate. There is no point of an undercard debate if it only contains Christie, Huckabee, and Santorum. Those three will either be placed on the main stage, or eliminated from the debates as were Graham, Pataki, and Gilmore.
