Either Robert Biden or Martin Heinrich or a 'white' Hispanic.

No clue.

It could very well be decades before this happens given the party's preference for a female President, and even a Hispanic President, as well as the advantages African-American candidates would have in a Democratic primary. Then there's also the Republican party, which means about half the nominees are going to lose.

It could very well be someone very obscure today.

In 1980, the Democrat's next non-Southerner President was in Occidental college.

Probably in the 30s. I dare to say we will not have another white male president until the 30s. Lets look at it..

Lets say Trump get the wins the Republican nomination. He will be defeated by Hillary. We have her from 2017-2021. If she wins again, she stays in office until 2025. Then it will be a Hispanic GOP candidate in the white house.

or

Rubio gets the nomination and defeats Hillary. He stays in office from 2017 -2021 or 2025. If he is loses in 2021 it will be to a woman that would say in office until 2029. If he doesn't then the Republican will lose in 2024 and the democrats will run a woman or non-white candidate.

Joseph P Kennedy III if he gets in 2018, in Mass senate and will succeed Clinton 2024 or later. Heinrich will be nominee if Kennedy passes on race.

Gavin Newsome 2020 will be nominee if Clinton loses.

Latinos are the cornerstone of Dem support in CO, NV, Pa & NH. Dems dont need a southerner to appeal Youngstown Appalachian anymore.

Joseph P. Kennedy III in 2028 (after 4 years of Hillary Clinton and 8 years of Rand Paul).

Gavin Newsom, Robert Biden, and Martin Heinrich are the only likely ones.

There are several scenarios under which it would take a long time.

1. Great For Democrats
Hillary Clinton wins the White House with Julian Castro as her running mate. Julian Castro wins the presidency in his own right. A Republican wins in 2028 after five terms of Democratic presidents (none of whom are white males) and gets reelected. It'll be an open question in 2036 whether the Democrats would nominate a white guy, given the likely alternatives. So in this scenario it could take generations.

2. Okay For Democrats
A Republican wins in 2016 and is reelected in 2020. Democrats win in 2024 with a female candidate (Kamala Harris?) who is reelected in 2028. A Republican wins in 2032 and is reelected in 2036. Whether we get a white male Democratic president in 2040 would depend on the nominating process and the general election. If the candidate isn't a white guy, the cycle could repeat.

It could also happen a lot faster. A Republican could win 2016, and lose to Tim Kaine (or whoever) in 2020.

No idea. It probably won't happen until 2037 at the earliest, maybe 2041.

2017-2025: Clinton
2025-2033: Clinton's VP, perhaps Castro
2033-2037 or 2041: Republican
2037 or 2041: white male Democrat

Do you actually think there will be Democratic rule for 24 years?

It is a far fetched scenario. But, if Ted Cruz is the GOP nominee, then Clinton will win in 2016 and possibly elected in 2020, over Tom Cotton. In 2024, Joe P Kennedy, if he succeeds Warren may do the same.

I'm gonna say if Clinton loses, Martin Heinrich is nominee in 2020, if she wins Joe P Kennedy is nominee in 2024.

George P Bush is undoubtedly the nxt nominee if Cruz loses, and will run in 2024.

At the moment, yes. The GOP has fallen apart, not just structurally and organizationally, but on policy. In 2012 people thought the party would have its act together by now and its only gotten worse. Dems probably won't have control of Congress for a long time, but the White House might be ours for years to come.

The Senate will alternate between two parties as no party reaches 55 or more votes and if Cruz is the nominee, females wont vote for him, Hilary wins.

LOL

I wonder if the next white Democratic male president will be straight or gay?

I would love to see a President Seth Moulton, though.

Gavin Newsom.

2017-2025: Hillary Clinton (defeats Marco Rubio in 2016 and Tom Cotton in 2020)
2025-2029: Jeff Flake (defeats Vice President Julian Castro in 2024)
2029: Gavin Newsom (Governor of California 2019-2027; defeats President Jeff Flake in 2028)

Probably have to be someone gay, since nominating white men is evil systemic privilege.

This party has become very alienating to us and until they learn how to connect with white voters over the age of 25, there will never be another Democratic House or Senate.  As for the presidency, that goes without saying.

I guess I forgot that gays can't be white men.
