I'd love to see a Jindal vs. Mitch Landrieu race 😃

If it's a crowded primary, I wouldn't be surprised if an odd candidate makes it out of the field. Perhaps - one who is prone to Gator rassling?

It's a model that worked for Matt Bevin - run against an establishment candidate, lose and lose graciously, then run again for something and win.

I'd love having Rob as a senator.

^ Maness is possible. He's he started his own PAC after losing that race, aptly naming it GatorPAC. He endorsed/supported generally hard-right candidates in the state elections.

I'm pretty sure that for tea party types, he'd just cannibalize votes from Fleming, but we'll see. Maness unlike Chris McDaniel in MS, was very quick to make peace with the establishment after running as an insurgent.

Not to be a jerk but could we migrate the talk here over to the LA/NC thread? Thanks!
