Tancredo comes from a swing state where he has much popularity with the conservative base (remember, he came in second in 2010), and given Hillary's unpopularity in CO, he might even lock the state up for Trump.

Nah, too unknown. Trump will want his VP to be YUGE (not too YUGE, because you don't overshadow The Donald).

ayy, Cruz would be better. If him and Cruz lost their "love affair" then ya maybe but I doubt it, there's a couple more before him.

No. If not Cruz someone like Jeff Sessions would be a good choice. Solid conservative from a red state. no voter will honestly care who trumps vp is in terms of voting for him. either you love trump or you hate him. Trying to chose someone from a swing state to "win" makes no sense with trump.
