He's now saying the thousands of Muslims cheering 9/11 were in the Middle East, not New Jersey as Trump has said.

Jersey City, Bayonne, Paterson, etc. have tons of Arabs (relatively speaking), though they're generally more Christian than Muslim.

"Carson cited "the newsreels" of 9/11 coverage at the time"

I think the real story here is that Ben Carson gets his news from newsreels!

Carson's hate of the mainstream media isn't actually from a conservative criticism but from a hipster one!

Yeah because your state is so great. We have a fraction of the crime you have, our schools are better, and you have Hollywood. Plus, at least our Governor realizes it's no longer 1969.

Ted Cruz would fit in well in Hollywood. He already has his stage name picked out for the sag card.

New Jersey people get so defensive over their horrible state.  I mean, I live in a barren desert whose only worthwhile city is a sleazy hellhole, but if offered the chance to move to New Jersey?  Nah, I'm good thanks.

These are geographic nuances you can't expect most Americans to understand.  Give him a break!

Florida is a great state, but I still prefer New Jersey.

Seattle. Enough said.

Not anymore, while we have a large Coptic Egyptian population, the Muslims definitely outnumber them in jersey city. We have high schools that are possibly over a quarter Muslim.

Yeah, Ben Carson is an ignoramus in international affairs. Carson doesn’t know what’s what in foreign policy. Once he “forgot” that Baltic countries are already part of NATO.
http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/415622/ben-carson-forgets-baltic-states-are-nato-dates-islam-christ-flubbed-foreign-policy
Also he doesn’t know when Islam appeared. In the interview on radio Hugh Hewitt he said that ISIS fury dates back to 'Old Testament days
