Besides NY-13 (Rangel), which seats in the NYC area (NYC, Long Island, Westchester) do you see Democratic primaries/retirements?

Maybe Hakeem Jeffries to run for NYC mayor in 2017 against Bill de Blasio.

I heard some rumbling about former KS-4 candidate Raj Goyle running for congress in NY. Don't know how much merit there is to the rumor, or if it'd be a primary challenge.
