Wow. What a bumpkin question. This is almost as bad as asking if it's okay to kiss on the first date.

Most 20somethings I know don't even DATE exclusively, let alone just talk to people about potentially dating exclusively.

Only if you're leading them on about who you're supporting in the GOP primaries.  Ben Carson is pretty popular with women, but don't try to fake it as a Carson supporter.  That doesn't work.  Just be upfront about your support for Bush.

I never went through the whole meeting-women-on-the-internet phase, but I understand that this is how things work nowadays.  I was doing more than one woman at once on several occasions during my youth.  Overlapping isn't unethical, imho.  It does exhaust you, though, and I definitely would not advise it.  Try serial monogamy instead.  It is less satisfying in the short term, but in the long term you really won't give a damn about such things.  Also, it allows you to have an active sex life and to get other things done at the same time, and unless you're independently wealthy, you will need to get other things done besides women.  Time to grow up.  One at a time, old top.  That's how it's done.
