Bad news for Stalin.  Dewey was less enthusastic of the support for him and woudl have cracked down on the Communist spying.  This would have stopped the Soviet bomb project dead in its tracks and held them back for years to come.  The US may have kept an exclusive on the atomic bomb much longer.  Seeing as he was also not isolationist, especially concerning the post war period, he may have tried to force Stalin to honor all his commitments.
