Annise Parker is not eligible for the Office of the Houston Mayor anymore after three terms in office.
Do you think she's aspiring after higher ambitions? She would not only be the first Democratic Governor of Texas since 1994, but also only the first* lesbian governor of the USA.

*If you consider Kate Brown homosexual, Parker would be the second lesbian governor.

There are legitimately bisexual people, you know. I'd trust her on her word, as it doesn't grant her any political advantage to say she's bi rather than lesbian or straight.

Abbott would get more than 70% of the vote. Next.

I don't know if she's going to run, but she isn't going to win.

She's married to a man so I doubt she's lesbian since she indetifies as bi.

Wendy Davis 2.0. She'd be a hugely popular figure outside of Texas and lose by 25.

No she's bisexual.
Also, Texas democrats are more socially conservative on average in hindsight i should've answered that she would've never seemed the nomination, but regardless she wont win an election because she's too liberal in general and disliked because of her  acts that some perceived as Christian discrimination.
