I will be determining Atlas' favorite candidate using instant runoff voting. I have selected 16 candidates for you to rank from favorite to least favorite. When doing this, please do not penalize a candidate just because they have a slim chance of winning in real life. When I say your "favorite" candidate, I am referring to the candidate that you would most like as president.

Here are the 16 candidates that you will be ranking:
Bush
Carson
Christie
Clinton
Cruz
De La Fuente
Kasich
O'Malley
Pataki
Paul
Rubio
Sanders
Santorum
Stein
Trump
Webb

In addition, please include your top 2 favorite candidates not included in this ranking. Do not include them in your list of 16. Put them separately at the bottom.

Trump is tremendously entertaining
Christie is at least interesting to watch
Sanders is a shameless, repetitive hack who panders to the bottom of the Democratic barrel
Fiorina is a mean-spirited, conceited liar who blatantly cheats in the debates and gets away with it
Kasich is disappointing, desperate, and dying
Clinton is competent but needs to stop her sleazy pandering

These are my strong opinions.  Everyone else is just fine.

I didn't forget anyone. I wanted to narrow down the field, so I eliminated Republicans who were included in the fewest top 5's from last contest. Then I included De La Fuente as an additional democrat because he has the most ballot access besides the prominent three candidates. I also included the two most talked about potential third-party candidates. Finally, I allowed people to name their two favorite excluded candidates so they would have the opportunity to be included in the January edition.

I officially declare this topic a failure, as no user has properly ranked all of the given 16 candidates, but I will happily accept more responses so I can have some actual data to work with.

De La Fuente - I don't know who this is...

I don't really have a top 2 not included. I guess Gary Johnson if he runs... otherwise I cannot think of anyone who actually runs that isn't listed here that I would support.
