I have to say when I heard about his Cuba maneuver I was overjoyed that someone I voted for finally had the balls to use common sense. But when I came across this article my level of elation went up to 11. The best part is this article is on yahoo and has the prize winning yahoo comments section. Everyone is pouring in and telling these gangsters to f-ck off. Unfortunately the comment section is marred by some antisemitism and bigoted comments against Italians. But overall I wonder if the people commenting realize Batista and American criminal scumbags pretty much gave us the Castro brothers?
I'm not in love with the Castro government but it's not like they replaced some benevolent well meaning free market capitalist system. Obviously the yahoo comments posters are going to be far more sympathetic to the white racists that fled Cuba. But obviously those bigots should get the same reparations Lansky's family should get... zero.
