1. Every single Southern Atlasian, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, etc shalln't be denied mortgages or insurance based on that reason. If they are to be denied such services, it cannot be because of their personal matters.

2. With these services come responsibility, more specifically financial issues. Certain insurance or mortgage programs, or even cars, should cost the same for every person regardless of their personal matters, depending on the for example house or insurance package. For example, a package that costs around three hundred dollars for a white person, shall be the same for a black person.

3. If any part of this law is broken, the insurance salesman or realtor, etc shall be slapped with a five hundred dollar fine, and the customer who was violated pays his fair share, no more, no less. If a salesman violates this again, they shall be fired and if in real estate, their license taken away.

Let's start a debate on this. God knows we debate on the other bills, let's also debate on this one. I believe in my heart that this act fundamentally protects the rights of all southerners. It's a great act to get behind.

Does any assemblyman have a thing against this law? I don't really think one could. It provides equality for all.

I don't have anything against this Act and it's a step in the right direction.

The act passes, this is a great act for Atlasia and may it be in place forever. Hopefully this is one step closer towards ending racism. We need more bipartisan bills like this.

I'm a bit concerned about how exactly this will be enforced, but I suppose Pingvin's right that it's, if anything, a step in the right direction.

And it is law. (Imagine that said in a dramatic voice.)
