Let's say Trump doesn't get the Nomination, and he, fairly or not, blames the GOP establishment. The window has closed on getting on state ballots as an independent candidate.  So how would he do as a write-in?  He has 100% name ID. And his name is easy to spell, much easier than Lisa Murkowski.

I won't venture to guess his exact percentage, but probably good enough to guarantee that Clinton wins the election.

Much less than he would if he were an independent candidate

I say around 2-5%, which is enough to hand Clinton the election

I would venture to say most of his supporters probably can't spell his name right so he is not exactly in Murkowski's position.

I would not be surprised, if Trump could get 10-15% as a write-in, during a general election scenario.
