this is basically for groups where its there only responsibility. Obviously guys like Glenn Frey or John Lennon could do vocals but that wasn't there only role.

David Lee Roth is WAY out of place on this list.  Steven Tyler would make more sense.

For me it's between Plant and Daltrey, but I got to give it to Plant.  Daltrey screams better and I prefer the Who over LZ, but Plant's moaning was just tits.

Plant's voice is a truly wonderful thing - I love when he really lets loose. The same for Jim Morrison, simply a brilliant vocalist.

So torn between Morrison and Plant, but I have to go with Mr. Mojo Risin'.

My top-3 picks right now would be Bruce Dickinson, Peter Gabriel and Mikael Akerfeldt.

He's probably technically horrible, but he's in my top 5 favorites.

Let's not forget Geoff Tate from Queensryche either.......or DIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS.  I'd also add Steve Perry (might have one of the most naturally gifted ranges of all-time, even if ya don't like his sound) and Jon Bon Jovi (before he experienced voice problems in the mid- to late 1990s).

Of course, but with an important note - the 80's Tate.

Indeed.  Mindcrime and Empire are my two favorite albums.
