Dole wins 281-257. He is a perfect fit for Virginia (moderates in Northern Virginia helped him win the state in 96), Nevada and Colorado (Clinton is a terrible fit for the West + Rubio + Dole taking CO away from Bill in 96), but Klobuchar helps delivering Iowa, New Hampshire, MN and Wisconsin for Hillary by exciting the progressive base. PA is very close.
