I think I'd even socialize strip clubs. Every year ever citizen would receive a certificate for a free lapdance.

Political Freedom and Civil Liberties. On a scale from 1-7, 1 being the best and 7 the worst. The scores are average, and anything less than 3 is "Free", from 3-5 is "Partly Free" and more than 5 is "Not Free".

They don't rank "economic freedom".

Okay, 5 on Political Freedom, 3 on Civil Liberties.

And economic freedoms are a must, for a society to have any real wealth.

If it was run by you, it would obviously have low political freedom, not because of anything about you in particular, but because I don't think a dictatorship would get very good scores.

Singapore usually gets a 5,5, recently a 5,4.

The problem with Singapore isn't how authoritarian they are, it's what they criminalize and the penalties they give out for it. And how much they censor the media, something I wouldn't do.
