Bush vs. Walker with Paul as a potential darkhorse.

2013: Totally positive it'd be Christie
Jan - Oct 2014: Jeb
Oct 2014 - Jan 2015: Romney
Jan - September 2015: Probably Bush
September - October: Rubio
October - : Cruz

Before TRUMP announced, I thought it was going to be Scott Walker, but then I saw the face of God as he descended down the escalator and that was that.

Election Day 2012-about a month ago: Bush
A month ago-now: Cruz

If Trump wins Iowa, I'm switching to Trump. I see him as the likeliest nominee after Cruz, then Rubio after Trump.

In 2013 I was thinking Christie.  In much of 2014 I thought maybe Walker.  In mid-2015 I was thinking Bush!, with Walker close behind him.  Not backing any of them.  I thought Trump would fade in December or January.

While something always felt strange about the idea, I originally thought the Republican establishment would be just strong enough to push Bush over the finish line. I seriously underestimated how out of touch they are with their own voters. I was also fairly bullish on Perry, Walker, and Jindal's chances at the nomination. I admit I briefly fell victim to both the Carson and Fiorina boomlets, and thought Trump would be just another flavor of the month until September.

To be fair, I seem likely to be vindicated in my persistent bullishness regarding Cruz and Christie, as well as my skepticism of Rubio's abilities and Paul's strategery.
