Bush and Christie probably in most of 2014.
Paul when he entered the race.
Bush when Paul made it clear he wasn't in it to win it.
Kasich/Rubio tie in Aug/Sept when Walker flopped and Trump murdered Bush in the debates.
Rubio until this 3-Man race thing became the new norm.
