Somebody needs to notify me when proposed constitutional amendments are passed by the Assembly.  I'm not always watching the Assembly's proceedings.

This will be on the ballot January 22-24.

Constitutional amendments are not subject to your signature.  They only need to pass the Assembly to be put on the ballot.
