I was wondering if anybody would mind creating an alternate 1996 election were Jack Kemp wins the nomination.

New York comes close since it's Kemp's home state.  Arizona, Florida, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky also choose Kemp as to the real 1996 when they chose Clinton.

Clinton-280
Kemp-258

Roth? Roth was a senator who co-sponsored the Kemp-Roth Tax Cut with Kemp.

it's his home state.  It's still pretty close.  You have to remember the whole state of New York isn't solidified at this point.
