Would be a fair upgrade over Burr, tbh. Probably gets more libertarnish types to turn out, which should be marginally helpful for Jones as well.

thanks to TRUMP, I think there's a non-zero chance that Brannon could actually pull off the amazing and sink Burr. I can only hope!

Democrats actually did try some McCaskill-esque ratf**king last cycle. In the run-up to the primary, they tried to make Tillis look liberal by connecting him to Obamacare.
