It's January 1999, Bill Clinton has been impeached by the House of Representatives but has survived the Senate. He has resigned to fix his personal life and restore the people's trust in government. President Gore is waiting to select a vice president. He has 45% approval ratings, Democrats, Republicans, and the Reform Party have many good potential candidates. Let's see how this election turns out.

What dates/days would our announcements be on?

The announcement turn lasts 3 days, and you can announce anywhere up to June 1999. After that, the first turn will start and 2 week, 2 day turns. However in the end, if chaos starts it'll go faster.
