We made this commission to do a job, they need some more time to get it done, so they haven't finished the job that it was created to do in the first place. If we don't vote for this bill, the original one will have been a waste of time.

As there has been no debate on this bill, I feel that it is the opinion of the Assembly to expedite the process and vote on it now.

If there are no objections, I will open the vote by 10:00PM EST.
