A Indian consulate in Afghanistan was attacked today. All of this of course comes after modi visited Pakistan last month. The ISI must be worried relations were getting too friendly.

Don't be silly. India and Pakistan don't settle their differences with nuclear war. They merely settle them by having thousands die in some war over a pointless glacier.
