R.003 Pacific Consitutional Convention Resolution[/u]

1. The citizens of the Pacific call upon the Governor to call a Constitutional Convention forthwith.

2. The citizens of the Pacific ask that all registered voted of the region be considered delegates to the Constiutional Convention.

3. The citizens of the Pacific request that the Constitutional Convention shall have its first meeting by 1 July, 2005.

Fulfilling a campaign promise and a pointing out a necessary action.  Your current Constitution, though a great achievement, is seriously lacking in several areas and most of what we do is my tradition and habit.  I think that the Pacific should have the best Constiution of al lthe regions, we were first and best, after all. Wink

Good heavens, I just realized that Wildcard's fourth term is getting on.

We should include a clause that states that Wildcard is Dictator-for-Life.
