The Slovakian electoral authorities, as usual, are doing a good job of keeping the results page updated, even in English: https://volbysr.sk/en/data01p.html

You can see things a bit clearer there. Just fyi, the district where the leader of SLNS is governor is Banska Bistrica. The Hungarians are concentrated near the border and seeing what's left out there, I wonder if the SMK might not sneak in.

This chart is pretty accurate as to the preferred partnerships before the elections. Obviously things are fluid right now, but I think it's useful if you want to play coalition maker:

99.89 % in, pretty much final:

Smer: 49 (-34)
SaS: 21 (+10)
OL'ANO-NOVA: 19 (+3)
SNS: 15 (+15)
L'SNS: 14 (+14)
SME-Rodina: 11 (+11)
Most-Híd: 11 (-2)
#Siet: 10 (+10)

KDH at 4.94% (under 2000 votes short)
SMK at 4.04%

Fun Fact! First time voters (aged 18 to 21) are the strongest LS NS supporters, with the Neonazis winning 22.7% and 1st place among them. Suddenly the SNS, who want to disqualify Muslims from receiving any state funding and to restore state control over industry, appear as a moderate, reasonable coalition partner.

With KDH out, all talk of a center-right government has died down. There is a fairly clear coalition possible with Smer, SNS and Sme Rodina, the question is whether Fico will want it. But any other combination strikes me as impossible.

In any case, the EU council presidency seems like it will be in lovely hands come July...

Oh, two more things: in the chart of the possible coalitions above, all the parties in the center that saw themselves as potential kingmakers failed to make the threshold. Siet, who did make it, underperformed dramatically. Not a good time for moderate heroes. Turnout, while not as high as predicted, came in at 59.81% - highest since 2002.

Well Smer has worked with SNS before and I think they were always ficos preferred partner.

Smer + Sme Rodina + SNS is not enough, they have 75/150. They need another party for that. Smer + Most-Hid + Sme Rodina + #Siet seems more of an option then.

Not possible. Smer is anti-Hungarian. I think that OL'ANO-NOVA is a very likely coalition partner for Smer. They left SaS due to immigration controversies. Then any other combination would be viable.

This is the first time since the establishment of democracy that the KDH has not had any seats. Only SNS survives from the initial election.

Slvakian right are apparently pushing for the comedy clown car coalition, including SNS, the Hungarians, the libertarians, #TRENDYFAILURE, Ordinary Losers and with extrenal support from We are Bigamists. Reports coming in that a truckload of popcorn has been delivered to SMER headquarters,

So I read on Wikipedia that L'S-NS literally views itself as the successor to Slovakia's Nazi puppet regime.  So I wondered, just how bad are we talking?  Apparently Slovakia's WWII history goes something like this:

Germany: Slovakia, you have to declare independence, or else we'll sic Hungary on you!
Slovakia: OK...
Hungary: *attacks anyway*
...later...
Germany: Slovakia, if you want to be part of the Axis club, you have to give us some soldiers
Slovakia: Uhhhh.... we have some Jews, you want those instead?
Germany: OK, but you also have to pay us money
Slovakia: Uhhmmm.....
Germany: We'll take them far far away and they'll never come back?
Slovakia: OK! It's a deal.
...years later...
Slovakia: Hey Germany? You said you were taking the Jews away, but I heard you're killing them! Bad Germany! No more Jews for you!
Germany: ......

Now I actually remembering talking about this guy when he was elected governor during the last local elections. It's bizarre that the party wasn't polled even though they had a governor.

Concerning Slovakia in World War Two they had a few units on the eastern front, and IIRC the Germans were pleased with their performance.
