They have a right of free association, so all Marshallese have a right to live and work in the States without visas.

Indeed. Most of the groups at the bottom would be mostly refugees. e.g. Sudanese, Iraqi etc.

Yes, usually Hindus as well. The Bhutanese got concerned in the 1980s that Bhutan would be "Sikkimized" by them, and so began a campaign of persecution and purging citizenship which led to many languishing in refugee camps in Nepal. Lots have been resettled, most in the US.
