Should our Republican form of democracy be governed by majority rule? Are there any exceptions to your view? What aspects should be or shouldn't be included in majority rule as you see it?

The Senate is by its nature designed as a very anti-democratic institution.   If there is any one part of our government that should not be governed by majority rule, it's the Senate.

Not at all. The Senate was intended to represent states in a democratic manner.

Should the rules of a body ultimately be under the control of the majority of the members?  Absolutely.

If the Democrats keep their word, we may have an originalist chief justice at the beginning of the next Supreme Court term.
