Do only the GOP and the Democrats hold caucuses in Iowa, or do the Greens and the Libertarians hold some, too?

Minor parties did not hold caucuses in Iowa, as none have ballot access. There would be no point in holding a caucus if a party doesn't have ballot access.

But the Libertarian and Green parties held caucuses in Minnesota, but hey don't have ballot access yet. They could've done a caucus in Iowa if they wanted to.
