I don't think he is either of those. Though that is just because I wouldn't necessarily call someone horrible just for being ignorant, annoying and sometimes mildly insulting.

Kind of insulting really to Nym, the suggestion that he is not fully capable of making up his own mind based on the evidence and arguments presented, which in fact he does, and does very well, as opposed to being weak minded and subject to undue influence. And of course, as per usual, you have things almost totally wrong about what went on when, by whom, and how. In the end, finally, the ban decision was unanimous by all those who opined, and it ended up not being a very close case. After a suspension, if you then rather promptly make outrageous posts, it's probably curtains.

The hyperbolic terminology is not meant to be taken literally. It's just part of Forum culture.
