Simple safety bill, it can help stop crashes by giving drivers something to look at besides road. Also, the signs doesn't necessarily have to be warning, and directional signs.

I, personally, think there should be more effort in this bill to stop road hypnosis, though not to the point where it would be distracting itself.

Do we need to spend so much money? We already devolve a large amount (think it's 2 billion) to the States through aid-surely we can do what the Federal Government do and tie are current aid to this condition.
