If something had their way, the sanctions would increase and would remain forever

Sanctions on Saudi Arabia for being Saudi Arabia and sanctions on Israel for their near-Genocidal policies and actions.

So, it seems the only people unhappy are the Likud payroll posters, so it must be a very good thing.

Lel. The persistent idea that Jews need to be payed to support causes on the internet remains both disturbing and hilarious. If only I would be payed for wasting my time on Atlas... Apart from that, I have indicated multiple times that I am well to the Likud's right and would definitely not vote for them Smiley

I suspect most Jews (the ones that don't bother with current Israeli government propaganda) support the deal.

So how long will it take Iran not having a nuclear weapon before we can declare this deal a success?

Around 50/50 in the US, and most outside the US don't (particularly in Israel), so I doubt that. Not relevant to me anyway. But let's return to the topic.

Once more the Iranian people will have their rightful place in the international community.

Sorry DavidB and Ray Goldfield; your ideology has lost.

Don't worry, I'm sure Israel will be taking care of this mess before the missiles reach you.

Can't wait for the libs in this thread to be crying in about a year, when a president Rubio or Cruz immediately tears this bad deal apart and starts being tough on the US' number one enemy, like it should be Smiley

Cruz, maybe. Does Rubio have the cojones to make such brazen unilateral moves? I honestly doubt it.

Lel, biggest Polish petroleum company PKN Orlen already opened its office in Iran. Yet, few months ago I remember dozens of articles with thesis that "lel China will not let anyone to operate in Iran". They were suspiciously connected with bigger activity of Polish companies in Iran reported by Islamic Republic News Agency in 2015, there were some talks about future cooperation and I guess they were successful. Polish Petroleum and Gas Mining company and National Iranian Oil Company signed even some document for future cooperation in crude oil excavation (?). Iran itself probably would try to rebuild their position on the market, as since 2012 their share in oil exports decreased.

I guess that Russians will cry like little girls in the long run, if they will fail in cooperating with Iran. Although as far as I know there are already some deals with Gazprom thanks to Putin. We will see how it will develop.

Without international cooperation, all that expanded U.S. sanctions could achieve would be propaganda points for the hardliners on both sides, much like our current Cuban sanctions. Absent evidence of major Iranian violations of the agreement, there won't be a return to international sanctions.
