The Jobs Creation Act of 2016

1. The building of 400,000 Solar panels shall take place, creating jobs all over the South and the building of 50 small levies in New Orleans.
2. This act shall also call for the construction of 500 wind turbines.
3. This act shall also save $15,000,000 for the improvement of roads and bridges.
4. This act shall also create a new website: Jobs.gov, which shall help people find the jobs they wish to have based on certain qualifications, etc. $1,000,000 shall be used to build the website.
5. This act will in total take around $60,000,000.

Sponsor: Speaker Haslam

This is a big act. It will create hundreds of thousands, if not millions of jobs. This is a big step to ending unemployment in the South, and after government spending is pretty reduced, this'll be nothing but peanuts, which is necessary for a prosperous South. I am open to debate on the numbers however.

I have concerns about the no. 3 item.
1) Shouldn't be it something like sejobs.gov since it's only a regional project and not federal?
2) Is it really necessary to spend a million on the website?

Alright sejobs.gov is good, and hmm it's to make sure that it doesn't get hacked into, this would make it almost unhackable and make sure no glitches would happen.

I understand the safety concerns and after looking at costs of government websites in Europe, 1 million looks like a reasonable number.
