ARG is a joke firm, but potentially the reason why Kasich is doing well is because he's no longer receiving a sizable chunk of media coverage. When he was the media darling his numbers fell off the map because he proved to be a weird, passive aggressive, weak candidate. Falling into the back while other candidates massacre each other is probably the best strategy for voters to come back around to him. Kasich also got some prominent New Hampshire newspaper endorsements recently. Plus, he's eased back on interrupting and yelling during his debates, instead going back to old Kasich where he would answer questions nicely and then leave everyone else alone.

I will remind everyone that John Kasich on paper was always a million times better than John Kasich in reality, so perhaps allowing people to use their imagination has done wonders for him.

Well, we should have a new CNN/UNH poll out by tomorrow, so we'll have a better idea then.

Eventually, people will realize the wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man might, unfortunately, be the establishment's best shot.

I'm going to really have to watch polls before I caucus on February 1st.  Christie is my favorite candidate, but unless he makes a huge, unforeseen surge soon, that'd be a waste of a vote.

Ugh, it was so much easier in 2012 when I knew I wanted Romney, LOL.

Great to see Kasich rising, by far the best GOPer in this race.

I thought ARG's thing these days was to put forward reasonable averages from better pollsters and pretend they did a real poll. This seems like a risky step away from that.

Rubio, Bush and Christie are currently carpetbombing each other with negative ads in NH (Boston media market), which might've had the unintended effect of causing a Kasich surge.

The real threat was Rubio, and he has only the endorsement of Gowdy. I am glad to see Kasich in second, not Rubio

Did you know that Kasich's father was a mailman?

Or that he balanced the budget?

Conservative Republicans can't stand Kasich.
