If Hillary Clinton is indicted (which probably won't happen, but say it does), could Joe Biden get enough delegates in the convention to win the democratic nomination?

I kind of doubt the Dems would want to risk the riots if Sanders gets passed over.

They're going to Goldwater this election.

Joe Biden wasn't a viable candidate to begin with, so no, I don't think so.

I'd rather Goldwater the election than Trump the election.

If Biden had ran he would be crushing Hillary right now. Her team can't even handle Bernie now, how would they handle him?

It's a bit late. The odds are going up now that Hillary will be indicted, but Bernie is there to pick up the pieces if that happens. Would a Trump versus Sanders, or Cruz versus Sanders race be fun? The nation has gone mad. I guess that is what happens when the American dream goes stagnant for so long a period, with no realistic hope of any reversal. Things tend to get kind of crazy out there, as folks search for somebody to blame.

How will she be indicted if she only has weeks to live?

Are you going to beat that drum until it has no sound? There is no need to get into the merits. Beat away.

Do you disagree that the odds that Hillary will be indicted are increasing?

Its too late.  If Clinton is forced out of the race, its Sanders' for the taking.

This is why I always thought Biden getting in would be bad for Sanders.  Sanders' best path was (and still is) something very damaging happening to the Clinton campaign, or there being something else that causes her to drop out (health issues, for example).

If Biden had been in the race, Sanders would still have to run against Biden in the event of a Clinton collapse.  Since he's not in, all Sanders will have to face is unidentified man Martin O'Malley, lol.

I do.  The Obama administration will never indict the Democratic frontrunner no matter how much evidence of her criminality surfaces.  They are too nakedly partisan to do so.

He's done  and he certainly said the death of his son had an impact. The Dem will ride the Clinton and Castro team, regardless of this impending investigation, because she has a base of voters, that's not going to leave her: females, Blks & Latinos.

It's pretty unlikely Hillary dies this year, but there's a decent chance the e-mail issue gets a fair amount worse for her.

I love Uncle Joe, but it's not happening, and I wish people here would stop rehashing topics.

When Hillary's emails explode on her, Uncle Joe will be there to pick up the pieces for the DNC.

Yup. I suppose the only question that remains is exactly how many minutes there'll be between the recommendation for indictment being denied and Comey's resignation being tendered.

Said it for MONTHS now, Biden and the DEMS made a HUGE mistake not having him run, he is by FAR the strongest candidate of the three. Would have won the nomination.
