Labor Party Winter 2016 Convention in Dalton, Georgia

I changed my party affiliation from TPP to Labor on  Saturday will I have to wait until January 28th (when the census  is updated ) to participate and vote in this convention.

Registrations for the purpose of participating in party affairs - as recognized by the Party - have always been instantaneous unless believed to be part of an "insurgent" or "troll campaign" to crash affairs within the Party. Unless someone were to present evidence suggesting that, you are able to participate in the convention beginning today.

'Friends, Delegates and Labor Party members. I'm sure many of you will be pleased that this will be the last time that I address you but as I've always said; I'll never apologize for being active. The Labor party stands at a cross roads today; Labor Party members have the very power to change the course of Atlasia. But this can only happen if you join my campaign to give Atlasia new leadership, to give Atlasia a fresh start and to vitally give Atlasia a boost.

I've been accused of many thing over the last weekend; betraying the party, betraying the values of the party, operating some sort of vast conspiracy and even with consigning Labor with defeat at the General Election. I want to make this one thing clear; by having this primary, and by having this debate in the party we've given the party the chance to fight for change. The most important thing that we must do, regardless of Tuesday's result is to unite. The rhetoric flowing around this campaign has at times been overheated; no-one regardless of who they back has betrayed the party. I would rather be remembered as the leader who stood up, and made my case rather than the leader who stood in the shadows and didn't say anything; even when I and many others had deep concerns about the direction of Atlasia.

I urge you friends, and delegates be bold. The power to change Atlasia is soley in your hands. People will look back at this day, and ask did we do what was necessary to save Atlasia. I've set out my plans for President, and believe me; I will be ready to lead on day one. Friends, it's a time for choosing. Let's choose energy, enthusiasm and passion. Friends, let's put our hope in Atlasia

3 reasons to vote for Blair

1.)I can take on the Federalists: Not only am I the opponent the federalists fear the most but I've got a record of winning and governing in a state that has become more conservative. I've got high approval ratings of 12:1, and record trust levels in the Northeast.

2.) A Positive Record: Fixing the Northeast's economy, bringing new and old players into the game, passing an economic stimulus, protecting a women right to choose, defending refugee's rights and expanding mental health coverage. I've got a strong, and active record that can't be attacked

3.) Proven Leadership: During TNF's rebellion I lead the Senate in approving troops, and impeached Attorney General Al. I helped lead the effort to keep the Northeast in Atlasia, I lead the calls for a new, and improved Refugee plan and I challenged an incumbent President when many told me to wait. Atlasia cannot wait for real leadership

I'll keep it short and sweet (by my standards). Over the past three and a half years, we have done great things together. This Party was once a third-place racket, subservient to milquetoast lieberals. With your help and dedication, I led this Party to glory in presidential elections, in regional elections, in Senate elections and in a variety of other media-related dynamics. We became not just a dominant Party: we became The Party.

I would like to think that I have never steered you wrong before. Over the past three years, we've held the White House 65% of the time. We've held a plurality or majority of the Senate for a majority of that time period. We became a dominant force in regional politics all across this nation. We enacted dozens of pieces of legislation that were once considered impossible. Throughout it all, I have engaged in divisive, controversial and polarizing tactics that many doubted, but at the end of the day, we continued to press on and we continued to dominate not in spite of it, but because of it. As your President, I believe my leadership continues to be shaped by that guiding light.

I will be active and engaged where it matters. I will continue to think about what is necessary to push this game forward to a bright tomorrow, and I wholeheartedly believe that we are on the cusp of a great revival. You will feel it. You will see it. You will be a part of it. I don't think there is anybody in this Party who doubts my commitment to this game and the amount of energy I have put into it over the years.

I ask for your support for one more term. I want to finish - finally - what we started together all of those years ago. The completion of a new game and the restoration of our glorious Party to its rightful place in said dynamic will occur, but it will only occur under my leadership. Allow me to guide us to a better place by the end of my second term, so that I can retire in peace and dignity, and leave fresh faces with the ability to continue shaping this Party for the better into the future.

I ask for your vote on Monday and Tuesday. Without your support here and in the general, the Labor Party won't hold the presidency for the rest of the year. We are in a dire position when you look at the rolls and demographics, but I defied the odds in ways that no one else could in October. If we're to do it again, it'll be me who leads us there. When I step down from the Presidency in July, I promise you that both the game and the Labor Party will be in a much better position than we find ourselves now.

When have I ever led you in the wrong direction? I need you to stand with me just one more time.
