I liked Peroutka's consistent bashing of the Republicans (I'm a partisan at heart, but I try to conceal it), and I agreed with him on a number of issues, including abortion, euthanasia, guns, and the Iraq War.  I was a bit disappointed on his opinion of the death penalty, however.  Of the candidates, Badnarik was probably the best.

I didn't particularly like Kerry (but I'll be honest; I was more partisan last year and I was pretty enthusiastic after the Democratic Convention), and I'm not even sure if I'd approve of him now, but just to get one regular candidate on the ballot, I listed him in my post anyway.
