Current electoral vote count:

Safe D: 69 EVs (Kennebec, Plymouth, Hudson, Mackinac)
Lean D: 56 EVs (Mohawk, Allegheny, Dearborn)
Tossup: 85 EVs (Susquehanna, Chesapeake, Albemarle, Biscayne)
Lean R: 24 EVs (Piedmont, Wabash)
Safe R: 34 EVs (Carolina, Appalachia, Erie, Cumberland)

So, yes, this is somewhat of a Democratic gerrymander, but I feel like that has a definitive chance of changing (Alaska split into two, parts of very Republican states added to Colorado, etc.)

I feel like the "-Dweller" demonyms are a little lazy and you could come up with something better. Other than that, this is great so far!
