Basically a slightly right of center centrist really mixed with pre Vatican II Catholicism, which puts him out of the centrist mainstream on some issues, although he is always the pragmatist, so he is not inclined to engage in suicide missions politically. Oddly enough, TJ and I, despite our very different perspectives on things metaphysical, I suspect agree with each other more than we disagree, although TJ is probably a bit less free market oriented than I am.
