Breaking. I hope to God it isn't a terror attack, although it's awful even if it's not.

UPDATE #1: I'm going to update the OP as more details come in. Y'all are in the DMR thread, but you'll come across it eventually. As of 1:30 PST, it appears that one person has been killed. There's some kind of motorcycle convention/show nearby, so it could be those darn biker gangs again.

UPDATE #2: It was the biker gangs. Nine people were taken to local hospitals.

It wasn't the biker gangs last time it was the biker gangs.  The cops screwed that up.

What, in Amarillo? how did "the cops" turn that shooting into a screw-up 6that didn't really involve OMGs?

I think he means Waco, where cops with rifles fired several bursts of rounds into a parking lot they were watching to break up a fight.
