(Apologies for yet another) Polling Series: World leaders' approval ratings

Thought it might be fun to do this as a series of opinion polls on major world leaders to make a fun map of people's opinions. The first lot are the leaders of the Anglosphere (by which I mean the limited sense of the term). To keep my assessments brief:

Obama is one of the greater presidents, an FF with a broadly positive legacy and not entirely noxious foreign policy,

Trudeau is a Canadian Liberal, and thus can hardly be a true FF - but makes a welcome change from Harper.

Turnbull is a smug bastard who destroyed Australia's comedic value by deposing the Mad Monk. HP

Key is basically a PR project, but a relatively benign presence.

Cameron is an out of his depth zoophile.

Kenny is doing better than one would have expected.

Approve of Obama (sane) and Trudeau (so far - given he's a Canadian Liberal that might change soon, but he has done nothing I could complain about until now)

Don't really have strong opinions either way about Key and Kenny, both of them seem not as horrible as their partisan alignment might make you expect

I don't really know much about Turnbull, but he's an Aussie Liberal, so disapprove until proven otherwise

I have a deep disdain against Cameron, to put it nicely
