Socialist policies do work, as evidenced by public roads. The problem with Sanders' plan is that it is pretty much impossible to implement and he knows that.

lol @ the comment chain insinuating Sanders' health care proposal is socialist.  
Coming from one, I can assure you that it most certainly is not.

The biggest issue I have personally is the new payroll tax the plan calls for. That in itself should discredit the idea that this somehow is a major beneficiary for workers, not to mention the funding gap. If you already have Medicaid this will mean you will pay more. I believe his heart is in the right place in calling for universal care, but he should spend some more time on this plan.  

Also that politico story is opinionated pro-Hillary trash.
