Sad

But I thought the world would hate Hillary Clinton because she's a warmonger or something.

I get the other three countries and Alberta, but I have no idea about Uruguay. And they should have kept the American Kerry states blue.

Ok, is this an actual thing? Would be fascinating to see one with Trump.

A country that voted for José Mujica should be solid Bernie in the primary.

Things would likely be different if Germans actually paid as much attention to our politics as we do. Remember before the race officially began when Hillary was leading in Texas against any Republican?

Generally international analysis is kept pretty simple - people sweat if the Republicans win, and are relieved if the Democrats win.

Yeah, Uruguay is pretty left-wing, so I have no idea why that would go for Bush.

From what I remember from 2004, Alberta would have gone to Kerry in a landslide as well. Not as big a landslide as other provinces, but still a solid 60% or so.

I don't think this map is really meant to show something, just a joke map I found related to the "Jesusland" and "United States of Canada" maps from 2004.

I think all of Australia's states would go to Kerry too, although my state (WA) would probably be Bush's best.

Donald Trump is probably the least popular Republican abroad ever.  Abraham Lincoln in 1861 was probably more popular in the South than Trump would be in many foreign countries today.

He'd probably get just as many votes too.
