Rauner swept all three counties in the area but lost the majority-black precincts on the city's south side as well as a few in heavily-unionized Pekin.

Rauner managed to win every single precinct in Woodford County by at least 10% and carried nearly all the area's rural precincts by at least 30%.

How did you get this map, and where can I find a statewide version?

I made it myself using QGIS, voting district shapefiles from the Census Bureau, and voting data from each county's website (which has been compiled into a statewide version at a site called Illinois Election Data).

I'm not sure whether my computer has the processing power to do a map of that size, but it'd be cool.
