Able to govern are all the three Democrats plus Trump, Kasich, Christie, żJeb?, Gilmore, Rubio, Huckabee and . Not sure about Rand and Fiorina, but likely they could to do it. But Rand is more likely than Carly. Cruz, Santorum and Carson are absoltuely not qualified, especially Carson.

Out of the Dems, Hillary, but I do have some serious concerns due to Benghazi and this email thing. She needs to pay more attention to what the people who work for her are doing.

Define "governing".

If you mean someone who wont veto important bipartisan legislation/shut down the government because of petty ideological difference, I think we'll be fine with anyone besides Cruz, Carson, or Paul.

I mean, there are different ways to drive the country into the ground.

I said Hillary, Trump, Bernie, Christie, Paul, and O'Malley.

I'm very very concerned that Hillary will start a war in Syria, but other then that I think she would keep things stable. Trump is an idiot, but I think the Republicans wouldn't work with him so it'ld be like having a Democrat in office given that Republican legislation might not pass. I think Bernie is the best candidate. Christie is corrupt as hell, but he's a moderate on social issues and not utterly terrifying in other aspects. Paul has a great foreign policy, and I think the Congress would keep from implementing his economic policies, which I disagree with. O'Malley is corrupt, but his energy policy is great, and I don't think he would be bad.

To me, Kasich putting a moritorium on all regulation is him screwing up the country beyond recognition.
