I'd expect O'Malley to endorse Clinton (like every other Dem officeholder) but most of his supporters will go to Sanders.

Is Bernie willing the popular (non-delegate) vote? It was commonly believed that Sanders would be concentrated in cities which would lead to this happening, but I'm not seeing much of an urban-rural split here.

down to .2 again, with 91% in
If going from 90% to 91% could swing the vote from .2 to .4 that many times, it's still a tossup by any stretch.

It says more about the strength of Bernie's message. Keep in mind that few other democrats could defeat Bernie.

I beg to differ. Any male Democrat could beat that communist/national socialist, no question. Clearly, the Democratic base is just misogynist.
Sanders would destroy Biden in a primary, and Biden is as well-known and has as many connections as Clinton.

Right, she needs to keep doing that and promising universal health care and similar Sanders-like themes. That strong voice was right. But needs even more. Needs to hammer it home like a laser.
This is the most I'm expecting Sanders to accomplish. Dragging the Dem establishment to the left. And it's working like a charm so far.

Two counties just ended in a tie. Buena Vista and Henry. Both were Clinton before.

That was the last suburban precinct from Des Moines. All that's left is an urban one.

Why did Polk/Des Moines go from 1 precinct left to 2?

One of Sanders' delegates just disappeared...
Probably that Polk precinct that went disputed.

Among whites, Bernie is the beer track and Clinton the wine track candidate now.

The under 30s may be maxed out margin wise but not turnout wise. I think turning more of them out is easier than convincing voters already intending to vote Clinton.

So did Polk County surprise or shock anyone else? Granted, I don't know a lot about the Greater Des Moines area and whether or not there are tons of suburban communities in the county, but I would have thought Sanders would have won by around the same amount that Clinton won.
I also thought urban areas would be stronger for Sanders as well. Des Moines and the northeast were disappointing.

Bernie's mega-coatails among young white males carried the Paulites in Jefferson county?

So the young Trump voters didn't show. While the young Sanders voters turned out as well as polls expected.
