Cruz lead keeps widening! Hurray! Lets cruz to victory

It's good for Cruz, but if I were him I would want to really build up my lead now because I am afraid the later results are going to be very Trumpy.

Disappointing results for Christie considering that he wanted to be the #1 Governor tonight.

Rand Paul has an extremely disappointing night, at only 4.3% with 15% reporting. By comparison Ron Paul had 9.96% in 2008 and 21.41% in 2012.

And Rand was supposed to carry the mantle from his father and actually be electable. Wasn't he leading some statewide and national polls early on? And he had two wins at CPAC.

I think tomorrow Rand will announce he's dropping out. Either that, or sometime before New Hampshire happens.

I bet he'll stick it out until NH, although he has no chance. However, it is still early. Things can change, although not a huge amount.

Nevermind. Trump only trailing 3 points with nothing reporting Debuque or Cedar Rapids, that's probably good news.

On that count, Bush is still the #1 Smiley

I wonder how well Rand Paul will perform in Jefferson County. It was the only county Ron Paul won in 2008 and it was his best in 2012 with 48% IIRC.

Also curious to see how he does in Johnson County, with the university and all. Sadly, I don't think his numbers will improve substantially, he'll end up with 5% I think.
