Looks like a strong third is the best Rubio can hope for. Disaster for GOP establishment.

Potentially good news for them actually.

I agree. Rubio in the low-20% range, is very well for him ("establishment").
Very surprised with Rubio's performance.
I hope he actually surpasses Trump, and ends in 2nd place (let's hope).

Yes ..... we all agree with you both.
How dare the people of Iowa give Trump at least 2nd place.
We all hoped that Trump would be near the bottom of the list with Gilmore.

I'm surprised Rand Paul actually has more votes than Jeb.
But of course, both are doing horribly compared to the top-3.

Is it just CNN or have the GOP results been stuck at 75% forever?

NYT is currently showing (estimating) about " 62.3% reporting."

Wonder how Trump feels being a loser?

Technically ... Trump was always a "Loser."

Rubio could grow a lot in NH since the establishment candidates all together have a high share of the vote and now they might all converge on Rubio.  The anti-establishment would be split between Trump and Cruz.

Yep.
Many Bush and Kasich supporters may vote Rubio instead, in N.H.

How could the count be 99% when so many counties have not even report or reported a small minority of the total vote ?

NYT only shows " 84.5% reporting."
But I believe the spread of votes, between the top-3 candidates will not change that much more.

I'm hoping Donald Trump gives the unclassiest concession speech ever

He is Trump. Of course it will be "un-classy."
He will probably say that he wants to go out to the streets of Iowa and shoot someone.

NYT now at 89.8% reporting, but still Cruz-Trump-Rubio.

Tonight you have begun to witness the decline of TRUMP as Rubio consolidates the establishment support now

Out of Cruz, Trump and Rubio .... Rubio has the best chance in the general to beat Hillary.

Good Rubio speech.
Rubio would not only obliterate Hillary in the GE, he'd also be a serious competition to Bernie.
Bernie vs. Rubio would be a refreshing race though.

You got it all mixed-up.
You mean to say Rubio would obliterate Bernie, and be serious competition to Hillary.

Regardless of coming in second (basically tied for second with Rubio), this was a huge loss for Trump.

No not just "huge" ..... but YUGE YUGE !
